Research & Grants Project Request

The criteria and guidelines for work to qualify for the Project process will represent one or more of the following characteristics:

• Level of effort = 350 hours+ (between both planning & execution phases)
• It is cross team interdependent (5+ teams needed)
• It poses significant risk to the organization
• You must have a Director Sponsor identified to champion your effort
