The criteria and guidelines for work to qualify for the Initiative process is:
- Level of effort = 40 hrs+
- Complexity = Coordination across teams or new technology to UIS
- Work has a future deadline it is aiming for but has flexibility (not a hard go-live date); Target deadline date aiming for is at least one quarter in the future as a minimum. This provides time to follow the process
- This work will be managed by either ADs or Resource Managers within UIS
- You must have a Director Sponsor identified to champion your effort
